Human Resource Management is the management of the personnel of a business or organization. Human resources will be especially attractive to those students who like working with people and have excellent communication and negotiating skills. Duties of a human resources professional include personnel sourcing and hiring, applicant tracking, skills development and tracking, benefits administration, and compliance with government regulations.
