Course Description

1570L. Introductory Sports Broadcasting Lab. This introductory laboratory course provides students with practical training in live sports media production. Emphasizing professional standards and collaborative workflows, students serve as active crew members for Youngstown State University athletic events broadcast on ESPN+. The course fosters technical proficiency, teamwork, and real-time decision-making essential to careers in sports broadcasting and live event production. 1 s.h.
