Course Description

3789. Operations Management. Study of current operations management theories and practices with emphasis on direction, planning, and control of production systems. Includes detailed analysis in such areas as materials management, work measurement, quality control, scheduling, maintenance, and forecasting. Prereq.: BUS 2600, 2.5 GPA. 3 s.h.
