Course Description

7042. Adult Gerontology Acute Care 3 Practicum. Practicum designed to integrate the independent practice competencies. Emphasis is on preventing illness, promoting health and an optimal functional level. Stabilizing the ill client and minimizing complications through an interdisciplinary approach and transitional care. Prereq.: NURS 7037, NURS 7039, NURS 7041. 3 s.h.
