Course Description
6923. Corporate Financial Management . Participants will gain an understanding of financial analysis techniques are used when evaluating businesses, projects, budgets and other related decisions. Participants will develop a set of analytical tools for conducting historical analysis (analysis of the income statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet, interpretation of various financial ratios) as well tools associated with capital budgeting, capital structure and cost of acquiring capital. Prereq.: graduate standing, admission to the OMBA Program or permission from the MBA Program. 3 s.h.
