An update on your job search plans/outcomes/progress with-five-year License Application 5. Successful Praxis Exam in School Psychology Results (Successful Score Required for School Psychology License in Ohio (>155) 6. A date that your tiered case study information was sent to IUC and an electronic copy of this IUC documentation (screenshot of submission) 7. Final electronic copies of your academic and behavioral intervention case reports 8. A statement where we can reach you after you leave your internship 9. A copy of a thank you note that you have sent to your field supervisor/other 10. All competencies signed off by your field and university supervisor and a complete electronic copy of the final Internship Evaluation System (IES) |
